Taco Wednesdays

Last night, my friend Amy and I walked down to the Kirkland waterfront to grab our usual Wednesday tacos. During the summer months, the waterfront is lined up with vendors selling all sorts of food. Amy found a vendor that sells the best steak tacos ever! They are so good! Taco Wednesdays has been a highlight this summer. I’m not going to lie… I’m going to be sad when they leave. I guess when winter arrives, I'll have to replace it with Cinnabon Wednesdays! Ummm actually now that I think about it...why wait until winter to start!
