Migraines

Poor Jeff suffers from headaches every day of his life. Unfortunately, this morning his headache turned into a migraine. He has been asleep since noon trying to sleep it off. I remember when we were first together all the times we had to go to the ER. His migraines escalated to the point where Jeff was throwing up and/or couldn’t move. Luckily, he has learned to reduce migraine escalations by taking Benadryl. A few years ago, he found these Benadryl strips that he just loves but the stores around here stopped selling them. A year ago we were driving through Oregon when we stopped at an Albertsons that sold them. It was so funny. Jeff bought every box they had stocked. I thought for sure the cashier thought we were nuts! On days like today it reminds me how important it is for him to have them on hand.
